Aftercare
What to do, and when
You go home with this in writing. It is the same list.
- 01Days 1–7
Step 1: The first days
Keep the area clean and dry, and put on only what I give you. Let any flaking fall off by itself. Brows and lips look darker and sharper than they will end up.
- 02Weeks 1–4
Step 2: The first weeks
No makeup, sunscreen or strong skincare on the area. No pools, hot tubs or long baths, and no sun, saunas or heavy sweating. The color settles lighter than it first looked.
- 03Weeks 4–8
Step 3: The follow-up visit
Four to eight weeks after the procedure, we look at how the color settled and adjust where it needs it. Book it before you leave.
If something seems wrong
Redness, swelling or burning that gets worse after the first few days, or anything that worries you: tell me, and tell your doctor. For blurred vision or anything urgent, go to urgent care or call 911.
If the color or shape is not what we agreed, tell me within a few days. We will look at it together.
